Hello everyone,

 

With much excitement, but a heavy heart, I am announcing my retirement from camps and classes. Almost 30 years ago I found my passion for teaching young people about the theatre arts.

 

It's been an amazing journey and I have been honored to work with so many wonderful students and parents over the years. I am so fortunate to now call some of those students my dear friends. Watching children start our programs at age 7 or so and grow up with us has been one of my greatest joys!

 

I have been blessed with wonderful staff members and amazing recreation district partners. Together we have been able to touch the lives of so many young people, building their self-confidence and teaching them skills that helped them grow in the performing arts arena and that they will carry with them throughout their lives.

 

I am looking forward to traveling more and spending time with my family and friends. It has been an honor to serve the performing arts community in Ventura County and the surrounding area and bring the wonder of theatre to so many.
